All personal data — including your UPI handle, Paytm number and PhonePe transaction IDs — is encrypted both when stored on our servers and when transmitted between your device and our platform, using current industry-standard protocols.

Account Security Controls

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your personal data only for as long as required by Indian financial and tax regulations. Once that retention period ends, data is purged from our live systems and backup copies are deleted within the following 30 days.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and the payment credential you register — your UPI ID, Paytm number or PhonePe-linked mobile. We also log your IP address at login for security purposes. Nothing beyond this is collected at registration.

Transaction reference numbers are stored to reconcile your account balance and resolve disputes. Full UPI or Paytm credentials are handled by the respective payment gateway and are not held in plain text on our servers. We retain only the reference needed for your account record.
